RETURNS & EXCHANGES OF PURCHASES MADE ON LANA BERG ONLINE STORE

Lana Berg wants you to be pleased with your purchase. Customer satisfaction is our moto and the reason to our success, so if you change your mind for any reason, we will gladly accept a return of any full priced item subject to the following conditions:

- The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery together with original proof of purchase or order number. We recommend trying on all purchases straight away to ensure you can return items within the returns time frame.

- Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached.( garments with tags removed or unattached will not be accepted back )

AN ITEM WHICH IS PART OF A SALE OR PROMO CANNOT BE RETURNED PLEASE READ OUR T&C's CAREFULLY PRIOR TO PURCHASE. SALES ARE FINAL ON ALL SALE ITEMS AND WILL NOT BE REFUNDED FOR CHANGE OF MIND. AN EXCHANGE OR CREDIT NOTE MAY BE OFFERED AT MANAGEMENTS DISCRETION.

 

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM


If you would like to return an item, please follow the below steps:

  1. Send an email to lanaberg@lanaberg.com.au listing your contact details, order number, the item you want to return & whether you would like to exchange/return/credit along with the reason. This must be done within 7 days of delivery.        
  1. We will reply asap to confirm your return and provide our delivery address for your return. Please do not send your garment back without emailing us first, as this may lead to your return not being correctly processed.
  2. Please carefully package up your new, unworn garment with all tags attached; items must be returned to us in the same new condition in which they were delivered. Please ensure that a copy of your original invoice is enclosed in/on the parcel. Please send through tracking for your goods.
  3. Please note that all refund shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the garment is faulty. Lana Berg does not cover any return postage costs unless the garment is faulty. *
  4. Please use a service with tracking so we can follow your delivery; Lana Berg cannot be liable to refund any items that go missing in the post.
Lana Berg will pay for the re-sending of exchanges (if eligible) but not for the cost of the delivery back to us.

 

upon receipt of the items, they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will receive a refund or credit note for the purchase price (excluding original shipping cost, if applicable) directly to the original method of payment used for purchase. We endeavor to process refunds as soon as they are received but please allow up to 10 business days for returns to be processed. You will receive email notification of the status of your refund once it has been processed.

EXCHANGING YOUR GARMENT:

Exchanging for a different size:
We can make a direct exchange if your new item is the exact value of the original purchase. If you wish to exchange for a different size in the same colour or shape please email lanaberg@lanaberg.com.au with your invoice information. We will provide you with the address for exchange- you will then need to organise to have the goods sent back to us via post. Once we receive the goods back to our warehouse, we will organise the exchange to be shipped out and send through tracking information.

 

Exchanging for a different style:
If you wish to exchange for an item with a different value, you will need to email lanaberg@lanaberg.com.au with your request and we can either charge the difference to your card or organise payment via the phone. We will only accommodate exchanges for the same order a maximum of one time. 

 

Gift Exchanges/Returns:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

All items are thoroughly inspected before posting in the rare case you have received an item with a manufacturing fault we are more than happy to replace, exchange or refund the garment.

Please contact us with your faulty item description within 7 days of delivery,

please include a photo of the fault so we can resolve the issue promptly.

If we found your claim to be justified, we will replace faulty or damaged merchandise, issue a credit note, or a refund of the purchase price in exchange for the faulty or damaged merchandise.
Our liability is limited to a replacement of merchandise, issue of a credit note, or a refund of the purchase price. All refunds will be returned via the payment method used for the original purchase.
